Ah The Serenity is an ongoing series of short form videos on WeAre8. Each video jolts the viewer with obnoxious sounds before quickly reminding them to find ways to unwind. They also allow the audience to participate with click through links to articles, listicles, tips for travel and wellness and information where change can be actioned.
